Twitch has realized the need of implementing suspicious user detection. This is a tool designed to assist creators and moderators in catching people who are trying to circumvent channel bans.
When a user is banned, the firm feels that they should be barred permanently. They’ve observed that there’s been a problem with ban evasion, and they’ve been working hard to solve it. ‘Bad actors often prefer to establish new accounts, hop back into chat, and continue their aggressive conduct,’ according to Twitch. They’ve created Suspicious User Detection, which uses machine learning to detect suspicious individuals based on a variety of indicators.

Suspicious User Detection will recognize and evaluate these signals before flagging the account as suspicious. Channel ban evaders will be labeled as ‘likely’ or ‘possible,’ enabling you to take action.
What method will be used to identify the accounts?
Messages will not display in chat for potential ban evaders. Messages sent will, however, be accessible to authors and moderators. They will have the option of removing the restriction and monitoring the user, or removing the person from the channel entirely.
Ban evaders who are ‘possible’ will be allowed to talk normally. They will, however, be reported to the creator and moderators. This enables them to keep an eye on the user before choosing whether or not they need to limit them.
You may alter the parameters for both groups if you want to be extra careful. You may, for example, prevent both probable and prospective ban evaders from entering the conversation. The moderating settings page also allows you to turn off the feature completely. Manually adding users to monitor is also available, either via the suspicious user’s widget in Mod View or by clicking the user’s viewer card.

There is no such thing as a machine that is 100 percent accurate.
